Healthy Food a way for healthy life....Ptaa Hai...!!!

Everyone want to live a healthy life, however hospitals comes in way.. But there is an another way to lead towards the healthy life.. By eating healthy food.. Today, internet is flooded with the articles what to eat what not to eat.. agenda of today's article is not to create a similar one, but yes to make a common understanding that a simple and small step can make a big difference.

It appears to be some scientific jargon.. However it is just:....
1: Avoid Tea: Morning tea gives kick? Let me tell you its not .. it  just add on calories intake.. Take 7 days challenge and quit tea from life.
2: Eat Fruits: Eat more of fresh fruits and veggies.
3: Green Tea 3 times a day: If possible take 3 cups of green tea a day, Green tea is loaded with antioxidants and it increase metabolism.
4:Avoid fatty items: Junk food, fried food are the biggest hurdle in the way of healthy life.. try to avoid them as much as possible,
5: Lower carbs intake: Consume less carbohydrates..
