Cholesterol is an issue for every individual who is obese, whose lifestyle is not recommendable for fit life and for those who have developed it with the age. Cholesterol is a fatlike substance found in all the cells of our body. And it is not always bad! Our body makes adequate cholesterol and some of it comes via food. Cholesterol is required for making hormones, for digestion and for vitamin D as well. It flows in the blood in the small packages of lipoprotein. Blood cholesterol is also know and LDL and HDL, Low density lipoproteins and High DensiLow-densities respectively. There is good cholesterol and bad cholesterol. LDL is often known as Bad Cholesterol.
Why Cholesterol is good and bad?
Good Cholesterol: HDLs are considered to be good cholesterol as it carries cholesterol form the body back to lever and from there it is removed from the body.
Bad Cholesterol: Its bad as it deposits cholesterol in the arteries and can cause its blockage. Eventually which may burst causing severe health issue least heart-attack.
But having both is important for the proper functioning of our body.

Having high cholesterol levels are dangerous for the health. Many people don’t even know that they are having high cholesterol levels. It is prudent to get oneself regularly checked for the cholesterol levels if somebody has symptoms such as overweight, short breathlessness, blood pressure etc.
One cannot remain away from the clutches of cholesterol for long due to reasons like age, gender, heredity but if following lifestyle changes are taken in the stride it will be a great help.

2. Obesity: It’s an open invitation to heart disease! Work out and reduce the excess weight the body is forced to carry. This is the single reason to give room to problems such as: diabetes, high cholesterol, heart attacks, and list continues.

o Onions
o Coriander Seeds
o Orange Juice
o Flax Seeds (preferred in powder form)
o Coconut Oil
o Fish oil
