Few words from the Artist: 

I am a self-taught artist, I believe not all art has to be in a gallery or a book or on stage, I make things for my happiness, for myself, for my husband, for my family, for my friends because I feel alive when I do so, it gives me an inner peace. Someone once said, Coloring is the best meditation and I feel that person was absolutely right. Through this article, i want to encourage other people to make something for themselves, for their own inner peace.  Shasmi is all about artists who gets that peace by doing art, whether a trained artist or a self-taught one.
